Breaking New Boundaries in Web3
In an industry ripe for disruption, we remain at the cutting edge of the revolution, pushing the boundaries to define the future of entertainment, quieting the sceptics, and creating new immersive experiences and opportunities for players.
As we continue to innovate, we are closer to unlocking opportunities that set the stage for a position in money gaming initiatives.
Safety First
As a business, we have always adopted a long-term view, relentlessly endeavouring to be on the front foot and comply with local laws around the globe.
Although games of skill are widely available, in some jurisdictions, if there is consideration (i.e. a form of payment) to participate, players are not permitted to do so based on local regulations.
Therefore, to ensure the integrity of ZED RUN and to truly compete on a global scale, simultaneously capitalising on the plethora of potential for real money gaming opportunities surrounding the ecosystem and incentivising new and existing players, we need to be progressive with compliance.
From 22 August, stable owners in 12 US regions will no longer be able to enter paid races. However, we will continue to offer a variety of competitions, free-to-enter races and free-to-enter tournaments, offering the ability to use your skill to continue to earn prizes.
The 12 affected US regions include:
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Iowa
- Louisiana
- Maryland
- Michigan
- Montana
- New Jersey
- South Carolina
- Tennessee
- Vermont
- Washington State
Since ZED RUN launched in 2019, we have been striding through uncharted territory to pave the way for other utility-based Web3 games. We are building openly in this space, alongside our community, who contribute and exchange ideas that provide incredible value in shifting the game's dynamics.
We are excited and confident as we move ZED RUN into another forefront position as we continue to pioneer the evolution of Web3.
