Maiden Stakes Recap

Another exhilarating Maiden Stakes took place this week with a prize pool of $52K USD.  The format was Fibonacci scoring available to all unraced Breeding 3.0 racehorses at the start of the tournament.

Lobo Fish took down the Class 2 Mid-Runner Final with their SUPER BREED Pocket Blades 🦸‍♂️

Shady Lane Stables bred 13 racehorses resulting in a net profit of 0.287 ETH ($521 USD) after qualifying 5 foals and shipping the Class 3 Sprinter Final with Achoo Baccarat 🤯

‍

Zerga Farms put up another dominant showing in this tournament. After having bred 5 racehorses, Beanie Hero won the Class 2 Marathon Final for a payout of $1,252 🤑

In addition to these few highlights from this week’s tournament, many other stable owners celebrated huge quarterfinal, semi-final, and final wins on Monday evening!

Paid Entry XP Tournaments

‍

‍

Following the introduction to free XP tournaments last week, ZED RUN added the opportunity to qualify for a tournament to earn XP using PAID races!

‍

There is now a specific race format and entry fee to run each day in order to qualify. If your racehorse makes the cut after running a minimum of three races, you move on to the tournament races where there is between a 70-150 x XP multiplier. 

‍

Gone are the days of using your beloved paid runners’ stamina on free races to compete in XP tournaments, now there are events specifically for them!
