As we move forward with internal playtests, several key elements of ZEDx are now locked in—most notably, the rewards chest allocations.
Before we reveal what’s in the chest, here’s a quick recap of the basics:
- Stable owners on the Legacy Leaderboard will receive a Rewards Chest with contents varying by tier, bloodline, and $ZED balance—all determined by position on the leaderboard.
- Horses will be classified into two categories—Racing or Breeding—and will participate in breeding auctions and automated racing, with seasonal allocations of stable-locked $ZED Token.
- Up to 4,320 Racing horses and 7,500 breeding horses will be allocated to leaderboard positions, while a portion will be reserved for marketing and sales.
- Each racing horse will carry an internal $ZED balance tied to the leaderboard ranking.
- Breeding horses will also be distributed to leaderboard wallets, ensuring every wallet receives at least one horse.

What’s in the Rewards Chest?
We’ve carefully developed the transition formula to ensure fairness and balance, rewarding ZED RUN stable owners based on their contributions and activity. This isn’t a 1:1 conversion—it factors in your stable’s position on the Legacy Leaderboard and supports horse population management within ZEDx.
The Rewards Chest you receive depends on your ranking and is tailored to deliver a specific number of racing and/or breeding horses, plus a substantial sum of $ZED Token to top-tier players. The rewards have been designed to give you a strong start in ZEDx, with ample opportunities to maximise your potential and build a competitive stable.
