Starting next week, recovery rate will change how a racehorse's stamina is affected based on how many races it runs, opening up new opportunities for new racehorses to compete.

ZED RUN Origin Story
I started ZED RUN in August 2021 after my husband and IRL friend had gotten into the game. I made a stable, bought my first racehorse and immediately jumped into racing. Since then I have grown another stable to house my 400+ racehorses, have some "grinder" paid racers, and have been degen-ing hard with 1v1's lately!
I have leaned into the 3rd party sites and the community a lot and bought my first unraced Gen by using profits from OTB RUN and some of my less "amazing" racehorses have really found a home and a way to make breed costs back in Danshan's tourneys. Definitely don't sleep on those!
Favourite part of ZED RUN?
Breeding and Maidens. I love pairing horses together and making something amazing within my stable, or not so amazing but getting to discover it in due time! I love making " family lines" and seeing what comes out of it. It has been especially fun learning to pivot with ZED Run changes and learning what to breed for new race types.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to join ZED RUN?
Take your time, borrow a pony and learn the basics before jumping in feet first. The game changes so quickly that you wouldn't want to put a lot of money into racehorses, only for it to change shortly thereafter.
