That’s a wrap! The Community Maiden Stakes concluded on Tuesday and over $76k USD in prizes were won by the community!
The prize pool was split between two tournaments that ran concurrently, one favouring winning racehorses, and the other favouring stability horses who finish in 4th place (Pity Point) often.

Glory Racing 3.0 shipped the Class 1 Sprinter and Class 2 Midrunner Finals in the Maiden Stakes with Fierce Flyer and Pacific Breeze!
Shady Lane of Zedge breaks down his Maiden Stakes performance, winning 1.107 ETH in prizes after an expenditure of 0.65 in breed fees for a net profit of 0.457 (~$850)!
Chateaux shipped the Class 6 Midrunner Final with Bull Swan!
Pepe Racing Team won a Class 4 Semi-Final then took 2nd place in the Class 4 Final with The Unstoppable Pepe and Majestic Pepe!
These are just a handful of proud winners, among hundreds of other qualifying racehorses! All that’s needed to participate in the next tournament is to purchase an unraced horse on Hawku or breed one directly on ZED RUN!

Jockey Talk: Chateaux w/ Lobo Fish
This week Chateaux was joined by Lobo Fish on Jockey Talk to jump in some live races and talk about their experience in ZED RUN.
Lobo touches on how he got started in ZED by minting a Genesis racehorse in a drop back in 2021 after coming from NBA Topshot.
Also discussed was the excitement behind creating the SUPER BREED Pocket Blades and then watching an absolutely dominant performance in the Maiden Stakes!
During live racing, viewers were able to wager points in Twitch and predict which racehorse came first each race. At the end of the stream, an unraced Z13 was given away to LeftCoast Connections (accumulated the most points) by Lobo Fish.

Did we mention that our community is the best? Get ready for a heartwarming tale that will make your day! Catch Me Ridin Derby has done something truly remarkable by naming one of his new breeds after Seanion's beloved dog, Dippy who recently departed this world.
Even though Seanion doesn't hit the tracks of ZED RUN as often as before, this gesture has hit him right in the feels. It's a touching reminder that his furry friend's spirit will continue to thrive in the vast realms of the metaverse.
